29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck by or caught under hazards associated with the operation of powered industrial trucks. The most recent occurrence was evident during the inspection conducted on April 25, 2017 at the facility located at 4200 S. 121st Plaza, Omaha, NE 68137. Powered industrial vehicles which are used to move materials around the facility did not have a data plate with weight capacity limitations identified.
