29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form. a) Taiho Corporation of America on or about September 7, 2016 at the location of 194 Heritage Dr. Tiffin, Oh, 44883 the employer did not preform an evaluation of the respiratory hazards in the work place for contaminates such as Ethyl Benzene and Xylene. Employees were exposed to these contaminants while working in the coating room. Exposure to Ethyl Benzene can cause moderate irritation to the eyes, nose, throat and skin and exposure to Xylene can cause liver enlargement, narcosis of the nervous system, mild anemia as well as moderate irritation to the eyes, nose, throat and skin
