29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii) (A): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in the activities covered by this section: a) JBC Line - On or about August 17, 2016, the employer did not ensure equipment-specific energy control procedures were documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when an employee was cleaning the No. 4 cyclone receiver. Kerry Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 315641308, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 26 Minneakoning Road, Flemington, New Jersey, 08822.
