29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employee(s) to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances, severe cuts or lacerations, severe abrasions, punctures, chemical burns, thermal burns, and harmful temperature extremes. a) Welding area: The employer did not require hand protection for employees exposed to cuts when handling sheet metal, on or about 6/9/15. b) Wash Tank Area: The employer did not require appropriate hand protection for employees exposed to chemicals when handling material removed from the wash tanks containing corrosives, on or about 5/27/2015. UNITED HOSPITAL SUPPLY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD. ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314581422, CITATION NUMBEER 1, ITEM NUMBER 8b AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 11/24/2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4422 ROUTE 130 SOUTH, BURLINGTON, NJ 08016,
