29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a) Maintenance Shop: The circuit breaker box had unused openings that were not closed with blanks, as determined on or about March 5, 2014. (b) Sawmill: The 110 volt receptacle, suspended above the chop saw, had unused openings on the bottom and side of the box that were not closed, as determined on or about March 5, 2014. (c) Sawmill: Electrical disconnect box, located in the main power room, had unused openings in the top and on the right side of the box, as determined on or about March 5, 2014.
