29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: On or about August 8, 2018 and times prior, the employer did not provide training to all welders on the chemical hazards, which included but not limited to identification of the types of welding gas, health consequences of being burnt by welding rays, health hazards of bringing drinks to the welding booths, and the hazards of inhaling fumes when welding painted parts at both South and North Plants.
