29 CFR 1910.146(k)(2)(iv):The employer did not ensure that affected employees practice making permit space rescues at least once every 12 months, by means of simulated rescue operations in which they remove dummies, manikins, or actual persons from the actual permit spaces or from representative permit spaces: On or about August 12, 2020, the employer does not ensure affected employees practice confined space rescue by means of simulated rescue operations, at least every 12 months using dummies, manikins or actual persons. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that employees practice removing dummies, manikins, or actual persons from the actual permit required space.
