29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) At 2307 US Hwy 31S, Bay Minette, AL: On or about September 19, 2017, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals and substances that include, but are not limited to, hydraulic oil, motor oil, grease, diesel fuel, gasoline, transmission fluid, anti-freeze, and brake fluid. The employer has not developed and implemented a hazard communication program.
