29 CFR 1910.119(l)(1): The employer did not establish and implement written procedures to manage changes(except for "replacements in kind") to process chemicals, technology, equipment, and procedures; and, changes to facilities that affect a covered process.: (a) On or about April 2, 2019, the employer did not implement written procedures to manage changes for piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) for K8 and K9 reactor system. (b) On or about April 2, 2019, the employer did not implement written procedures to manage changes for the y-strainer, at the suction side of the isobutylene transfer pump, and part of the piping system to the K8 and K9 reactor system.
