29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) For employees working in the maintenance shop, on or about December 7, 2017. Power cord for the Miller brand model Millermatic 350 welding machine was missing strain relief. The outer insulation was pulled out of the plug exposing the insulated conductors.
