29 CFR 1910.212(a)(4): Revolving drum(s), barrel(s), or container(s) were not guarded by enclosure(s) which were interlocked with the drive mechanism so that the barrel(s), drum(s), or container(s) could not revolve unless the enclosure(s) were in place: A. Building 1: On, or about, February 13, 2019, the safety mechanism to lock the covers in place on three New Holland centrifuge spin dryers had been bypassed with plastic wedges. B. Building 2: On, or about, February 13, 2019, the safety mechanism to lock the cover in place on the green New Holland spin dryer had been bypassed and the safety mechanism provided for the black New Holland spin dryer was broken. C. Building 2: On, or about, February 13, 2019, the McGee burnishing barrel was not contained in an interlocked enclosure. D. Environmental Area: On, or about, March 14, 2019, the tumbler used to clean rubber parts prior to disposal was not contained in an interlocked enclosure.
