29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(i): Potable water was not provided in all places of employment, for drinking, washing of the person, cooking, washing of foods, washing of cooking or eating utensils, washing of food preparation or processing premises, and personal service rooms. a) Work site was located at 690 Ferry Street, Newark, NJ 07105. Employees were exposed to unsanitary conditions in an employee restroom that had contaminated dark brown water flowing out of the hot water tap preventing them from using warm to hot water to wash their person. Violation was observed on or about 2/23/2016.
