29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): On or about July 28, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not maintain all of the needed safety data sheets for all chemicals on site. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with contact with oil and gas hydrocarbons as well as other hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Gilsonite, ExCal, SelectChem Primary Emulsifier, SelectChem Rig Wash, SelectChem Rheology Modifier, Organotrol 2200 and SelectChem Wetting Agent.
