29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about July 27, 2017 and at times prior thereto, at the worksite located at 4560 Highway 412 East, Siloam Springs, Arkansas, the electrical box located directly below the employee time clock had an knockout opening on the top that was not closed. This hazard exposed employees to electrical hazards.
