29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: 7605 St. Charles Rock Road, Cart Barn: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous electrical conditions. The employees are permitted to work where there are electrical wiring hazards. On 09/12/2019 employees were exposed to electrical hazards where they used electrical boxes which had missing knockouts to power cleaning equipment for different types of golf carts in the Cart Barn.
