29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: A. On or about July 2, 2018, in the following instances, flexible cords had been pulled from their fittings, exposing the energized wiring and exposing employees to electric shock hazards: 1. The 220V cord for the Hyster forklift battery charging unit near the entry to the Bedding Warehouse. 2. The cord for the 120V Dayton dock light at the Loading Dock.
