29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Cylinders were not stored in areas to ensure that the cylinders would not be knocked over: a) Maintenance Area; On or about February 1, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed his employees to compressed gas hazards in that an oxygen cylinder was stored outside the compressed gas cylinder storage area in the shop where it could be knocked over.
