29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) On or about 06/25/2020 - Large Cooler Area, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards at the Palletizer #1 and Strapex machines, when the employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of energy control procedures at least annually for Loader employees who were performing activities such as clearing jams, repositioning product, triggering the gate for the product count, cleaning up spilled product, and replacing the banding materials.
