29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: a) Work site was located at 625 Mt. Hope Road, Wharton, NJ 07885 An employee dispensed a chemical from an unlabeled container into the slat conveyor chute resulting in a flash fire and burns to the worker. Violation was observed on or about June 20, 2019.
