(a) At the work site, office area; passage along an exit access was not marked by a sign reading " Not an Exit"; on or about 5/31/17. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement of this violation normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
