29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) 300 Sky Port Road Mechanicsburg, PA - Employees worked on the top of a form without the use of fall protection. The employer did not provide training to employees in the recognition of fall hazards and the equipment and methods used to minimize those hazards, on or about February 12, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
