29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(v): Pendant control box(es) were not clearly marked for identification of functions: On or about 9/20/2017, The JAYGO HOIST pendant for mixer #10 only had one label on the pendant buttons and the JAYGO HOIST pendant for mixer #11 did not have any pendant buttons labeled which could have led to a crushing injury if the wrong button was pushed.
