29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities such as servicing and/ or maintenance of equipment. a. 21 Edgeboro Road, East Brunswick, NJ - Cardboard Recycling Area The employer did not develop and document energy control procedures for equipment to include the Logemann Brothers compactor/baler on which employees perform servicing and maintenance activities. Violation occurred on or about December 8, 2016 b. 21 Edgeboro Road, East Brunswick, NJ - Vehicle Maintenance Shop The employer did not develop and document energy control procedures for equipment on which employees perform maintenance, to include McNeilus waste removal vehicles. Violation occurred on or about December 21, 2016
