29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: a. On or about November 23, 2020, and at times prior, employees who worked on Packing Line 1 were not instructed on the purpose and use of energy control procedures. As a result, employees were exposed to potential struck-by or caught-in/between hazards associated with uncontrolled hazardous energy sources such as, but not limited to, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic. b. On or about November 23, 2020, and at times prior, employees who worked on Packing Line 2 were not instructed on the purpose and use of energy control procedures. As a result, employees were exposed to potential struck-by or caught-in/between hazards associated with uncontrolled hazardous energy sources such as, but not limited to, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic.
