29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles located within 8 feet of the floor had live parts exposed to employee contact: a) Dana Rail Care, Inc. Tank Car Maintenance & Repair Shop Upstairs Compressor Room, Wilmington, DE - On or about 7/21/2016, the employer failed to guard a 110-volt energized fluorescent lamp receptacle (socket) from employee contact exposing employees to an electrical hazard. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
