29 CFR 1926.452(k)(5): Scaffold platforms were bridged one to another. a) 1 Prospect Street, Vernon, CT. - On or about 6-13-12 - Employees were installing ice shield at the eave of the roof while working from a ladder jack scaffold system that had platforms bridged together to increase the length of the scaffold system.
