29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Worksite, 395 Woodcleft Ave, Freeport, New York - Employees were engaged in framing work on a commercial building from a SkyJack Aerial Lift Model No. SJ464AJ/Serial No. 95002963 approximately 20 feet above the ground with no fall protection; on or about 02/04/2020.
