29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)(i): Adequate lavatories were not made available to employees in the workplace. Production area; On or about 8/23/18, the employer did not provide adequate washing facilities for maintaining personal cleanliness to employees working with lead, cadmium, mercury and silver powders. These powders pose both skin and ingestion hazards when proper hygiene is not maintained.
