29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: a. On or about July 16, 2018, in the jobsite at Villages of Seloy water and sewer main pipes installation project, where the employees used a handheld STIHL TS420 or TS700 gasoline powered concrete saw without integrated water delivery nor commercially available shroud and dust collection system to cut concrete pipes, the employer failed to establish and implement a written exposure control plan for the protection of employees from airborne crystalline Silica dust.
