29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: Rolling mill area and main production area; On or about 8/23/18, the employer did not provide medical evaluations to employees required to wear a respirator to protect them from mercury, silver, lead and cadmium. Employees required to wear respiratory protection include those working in the silver roll mill area and the maintenance employee cleaning the exhaust units.
