29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operating cycle: (a) Hyland Machining at 222 South West 4th Street in Sioux Falls, SD 57042: On and about and at times prior to May 15, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from pinch point and/or caught-in hazards when operating the hydraulic press in that the point of operation was unguarded and employees were required to hold tooling in close proximity to the point of operation during use. This condition exposed employees to pinch point and/or caught-in hazards.
