29 CFR 1910.266(d)(1)(vii)(A): The employer did not ensure that each employee wore eye protection meeting the requirements of subpart I of Part 1910 where there was potential for eye injury due to falling or flying objects: A.) Isaac Bundy dba Bundy Tree Service, wooded area off of Pollock Lane, Parker, PA 16049, on or about June 6, 2014 and times prior thereto: An employee on-site was felling trees for logging operations with a Stihl chain saw. The employee was not wearing eye protection while operating the chain saw. Employee was potentially exposed to eye injuries from flying wood chips produced when the chain saw was cutting through the tree.
