29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) On the roof at 6305 Crescent Dr. Norcross GA, 30093: On or about December 13, 2018 and at times prior to: a) Employer did not develop a safety and health training program to ensure frequent and regular job site inspections were performed, including but not limited to the roof, portable generators, extension cords, forklift to prevent, and eliminate hazards such as but not limited to falls, tripping, and struck-by while performing roofing work.
