29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1: a. On or about July 16, 2018, in the jobsite at Villages of Seloy water and sewer main pipes installation project, the employer failed to fully and properly implement the engineering controls and work practices described in Table 1, for the protection of employees from airborne crystalline Silica dust, as they used a handheld STIHL TS420 or TS700 gasoline powered concrete saw without integrated water delivery nor commercially available shroud and dust collection system to cut concrete pipes.
