29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: a) For the exit in the rear of the store used for shipments, access was partially blocked from stacked boxes of merchandise, plastic shipping containers, Rolltainers, and Uboat Carts. The exitaccess was 17.4 inches wide, as observed on or about December 16, 2016. The Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1167738, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/09/2016 with respect to a workplace located at 104 Commercial Drive Van Buren, MO 63965. The Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1181678, citation number 01, item number 01a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1900 Cardinal Lane Fulton, MO 65251.
