29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: On or about November 6, 2013, the employer failed to ensure that employees used protective equipment such as gloves to protect from heat related injuries when they performed operations including but not limited to, unloading hot metal billets from the forge press in the Hatebur Amp 70 area.
