29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15)(ii): Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee attached, or were not designed, installed, and used under the supervision of a qualified person: a) Power Plant Road, McAdoo, PA: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 80 feet while cutting support members on a conveyor belt, without an anchorage point for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment available that could support 5,000 lbs., on or about, June 11, 2020. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
