Napoleon Spring Works, Inc. - Archbold, Ohio: On or about November 2, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the point of operation guarding device located on the #301 Stamtec power press (G1-80-S; s/n 0153) prevented employees from accessing the hazard area prior to initiation of, and during, continuous mode operation.
