29 CFR 1926.761(c)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure each connector had been provided proper training in the hazards associated with connecting: (a) On August 25th, 2018 an employee working inside a mobile scaffold system connecting a horizontal steel beam to a vertical beam and was struck by the horizontal beam that was improperly rigged resulting in the mobile scaffold being tipped over and the employee sustaining fatal injuries in the vicinity of 72nd Avenue NW & 38th Street NW in Parshall, ND.
