29 CFR 1910.29(f)(4): The opening in a stair rail system exceeded 19 inches (48 cm) at its least dimension: At 6910 Front Street, specifically inside of the Maintenance Shop, the stair rails belonging to a flight of wooden stairs leading up to a storage loft were missing an intermediate railing. The flight of stairs consisted of 14 risers. The opening between the top rail and the riser measured approximately 30 inches. This violation was observed on 08/22/17.
