29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a) McDonalds Route 13, Drive through window - On or about 1 July, 2013 - Employees were walking out to cars to collect money and deliver food for the drive through without the use of hardhats where they were walking underneath contractors working overhead installing insulation from scaffolding.
