29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(iv): The employer did not train each employee on the correct use of personal fall protection systems and equipment, including, but not limited to, proper hook-up, anchoring, and tie-off techniques, and methods of equipment inspection and storage, as specified by the manufacturer: On or about April 8, 2019, an employee was elevated on the mobile work platform on a Raymond turret truck at a height of approximately 24' above the work floor and was not protected from falling. Guardrails were not adequate. The employer did not train employees on the correct use of personal fall protection systems when operating the turret truck. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
