29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a. On or about December 15, 2017, at the above addressed inspection site, safety inspections were not made by competent persons capable of identifying and correcting those hazards which could result in employee injuries. Employees were thereby exposed to fall hazards at this inspection site. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
