29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Blue Hills Therapeutics Inc. 290 Massachusetts 130, Forestdale, MA Patient Residences: On or about February 27, 2021 the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). The employer required employees to wear respirators when providing care to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 patients.
