29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): After the employer purchased the workplace located at 3200 Northern Cross Boulevard, Fort Worth 76137 on November 8, 2019, it did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces should be considered permit- required confined spaces: On or about December 16, 2021, where employees entered a trash compactor (via the sloped walls of the trash chute) to retrieve a 55-gallon drum while being exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards.
