29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i):The employer shall ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l). On or about October 26, 2021, the employer had not ensured that all Powered Industrial Vehicle operators had received training prior to being allowed to operate the Unicarriers Model MCP1F2A25LV forklift.
