29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) On or about July 21, 2021, employees were exposed to eye injury while operating an electric grinder and pneumatic nail guns without the benefit of eye protection. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
