29 CFR 1910.23(b)(8): 29 CFR 1910.23(b)(8): The employer did not ensure that ladders are used only for the purposes for which they were designed. On or about 12/03/2020 employees at the Towpath Condominium gutter cleaning project were exposed to approximately 24' falls. Employer allowed the use of ladders for purposes for which they were not designed, in that an employee was engaged in gutter cleaning from an extension ladder while not maintaining three points of contact.
