29 CFR 1910.268(d)(1): Before work was begun in the vicinity of vehicular or pedestrian traffic which could endanger employees, warning signs, flags, barriers, and/or other traffic control devices were not placed conspicuously to alert and channel approaching vehicles away from the working area: a) 740 Queen Street, Pottstown, PA, Worksite - on or about March 11, 2020, an employee was working in a parking lot installing telecommunications components without the travel lanes of the parking lot being conspicuously marked with standard traffic control devices to prevent vehicles from entering the work area.
