OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught between and struck by hazards. (a) Location - 150 Elm Street, Salisbury, MA On or about 01/16/2020, an employee operating a concrete buggy struck an employee nearby. The employee was not looking in the direction of travel. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1375518, citation number1 1item number1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/12/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 150 Elm Street, Salisbury, MA.
